I live 900 miles away and the Spring Gardens team helps me in so many ways to make sure my Mom is safe, well taken care of and happy. They are very caring. My Mom loves her apartment, the staff, the activities and the food. She has been at rehab for a couple of weeks and she is so excited about going home to Spring Gardens. The staff has made the transition from rehab back to Spring Gardens seamless for my Mom and I. My mom lived in the memory care unit for a year. I was so pleased with the care and interaction she received from the staff. I really believe she was living to the best of her abilities. I was popping in unannounced, as I lived so close, and was always greeted with an update on how she was that day as well as any concerns or funny stories. They also always contacted me about any issues she might have going on. Nothing spoke louder about the care she was getting than her last week. She fell and was bedridden on morphine. The staff showed my mom, me and my family such dignity and respect as I watched her go to the arms of Jesus. I think this place is run so well and am so thankful my mom was able to live here.

This has included efficiently and professionally working with our family and hospice to facilitate her move from the hospital to Spring Gardens as well as her ongoing loving care. We have a family member living at Meridian. The facility is beautiful and the staff seems to really care about their jobs, the residents, and the residents’ family members. Someone is sitting at the front desk to greet and help direct visitors most hours of the day.

Today was an absolutely amazing day spent at "The Watershed," Boise's Climate + Water Education Center, offering free, interactive exhibits and outdoor activities to teach about the Boise River Watershed, water conservation, and climate change for all ages. Located at the West Boise Water Renewal Facility, it features hands-on displays, a nature play area, public art, and a LEED-certified building that demonstrates sustainable practices. Visitors can explore the journey of water from the mountains to the Snake River through exhibits and the River Campus, which includes a simulated river and a sewer pipe play area.
