It started as an Assisted Living community and then expanded in 1986 to its current configuration. At that time the community was known as Hawaiian Gardens Care Center. After 20 years of operations, the original owner was not able to continue and it closed in 2002. The property fell into disrepair. In 2005, Paul Sandhu purchased the property and began the process to restore the community with close help from the City of Glendale. In 2015, Mr. Sandhu sold the property to current owners, Doug Gardner and Sanders Achen, who immediately began restoring the property to new condition. It has blossomed to become a state-of-the-art Memory Care Community serving Glendale and the surrounding areas. For a private tour, please call 602-899-5330.
